Shari Fleming is a business and legal strategist, focused on helping individuals and business owners reach their goals. She believes in the importance of serving with excellence and integrity throughout every business and legal transaction, and encourages individuals and businesses to innovate, grow, and secure wealth. Her areas of legal practice include business, real estate, and estate planning.
Shari Fleming received a Bachelor of Science in History, a Bachelor of Science in Black Studies, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. After graduation, she attended the University of Maryland School of Law, received a Degree of Juris Doctor, and was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2008. She is commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Maryland, licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker in the State of Maryland, and has been trained as a court designated mediator of civil disputes.
In addition to practicing law, brokering real estate transactions, and mediating, Shari serves as an adjunct professor, and has taught community college to graduate level law courses. Currently, she teaches at the University of Maryland Global Campus and Howard Community College. Through higher education, she serves as a Business Coach, and her courses have included Business Law, Business Ethics, Introduction to Law, Contract Law, Health Care Policy, Health Care Law & Ethics and Special Education Law.
Her life is based on her favorite quote by Helen Keller, which says,
"I am only one, but I am still one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do."
